The Team
Nate Lum
Exercise Physiologist | Director
Nate is an Accredited Sport Scientist and Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA) and has 5 years of experience in Muay Thai and Boxing training under national and world champion coaches.
Having worked in both private practice and hospital settings, he found that incorporating boxing into clinical populations improved functional outcomes (strength, balance, and mobility) in addition to boosting confidence and engagement.

Arthur Zhang
Exercise Physiologist
Arthur is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA) and has been practicing as a clinician in hospital, corporate and private settings.
Having worked in providing services in all settings, he found that a lifestyle approach and educating each person provides each client with the tools they need to lead an independent lifestyle.

Leonie
Exercise Physiologist
Leonie graduated from the University of Sydney and is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA). She believes in maintaining an active lifestyle and using exercise to encourage and empower people through her goal of changing lifestyle and perceptions, as well as symptoms.
Leonie’s love for the gym, keeping active and helping others manage chronic conditions through exercise led her to join Delta Athletica and Knock Out Parkinson’s Disease (KOPD) in March 2022. Working with Parkinson’s Disease clients, helping them to keep their symptoms at bay, improving their strength, gait, balance and cognitive outcomes has become a huge passion for Leonie. Leonie’s role at Delta Athletica and KOPD consists of running the Balance, Mobility and Gait classes, conducting one-on-one individually tailored strength and conditioning sessions with a range of clients and running the company’s social media.
Along with this, Leonie also works as an Exercise Physiologist at the Sydney University Sport & Fitness Centre, where she works with clients varying in age and conditions.
